Leuchie voice # 4

Leuchie House is undoubtedly the “jewel in the crown” of the MS Society providing unrivalled care, therapy, guidance and friendship to all those who cross its threshold.  I regard all of the carers as personal friends and I am full of Trevoradmiration for how they work individually and as a team wholly committed to provide high quality and personal services. I recall my sense of elation during my first visit to Leuchie some 7 years ago, I learnt more on how to accept endure and live with my MS in those first eleven days than I had in the previous 11 years.I have been privileged into being able to make several visits to Leuchie over the past 7 years.
I now regard Leuchie as my second home and my ”utopia”. I feel completely at peace when I enter the front door. I commend Leuchie to anyone with MS seeking a better quality of life.

Trevor

This is my fourth visit and things could not get better. As the staff are still very helpful and nothing seems too much trouble for them. The personnel remain constant and it is pleasing to see the same faces each time I come. With this comes the added bonus in that they remember you and your particular needs fromFred Pearce the other occasions. This often applies to the guests as well, in that people return in a regular basis like myself for a “true” holiday. With outings arranged on a regular basis with no pressure to participate or stay and relax and take advantage of the various treatments that available, particularly the physio- therapy which is suited to your needs.
